Russophobia: history and methods of counteraction

The university took part in the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Russophobia: History and Methods of Counteraction”, which was held at Tula State University.

 BSTU named after Shukhov was represented by the director of the Institute of Serbian Language and Communications, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Victoria Ryapukhina and Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Science, Candidate of Sociological Sciences Nemanja Vukcevic.

The chairman of the press committee of Tula oblast, Evgeny Krasilnikov, and the rector of the university, Oleg Kravchenko, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Scientists from BSTU named after Shukhov presented a report “Russophobia as an echo of ideological persecution of the past.”

 Also among the speakers at the meeting were Guy Methan, a Swiss journalist and writer, member of the Geneva Parliament, Stefan Bollinger, a German philosopher, political scientist and historian, Caslav Koprivica, a Serbian philosopher, professor at the University of Belgrade and Dejan Mirovich professor at the University of Pristina with a temporary seat in Kosovska Mitrovica.
