BSTU academic staff member has become an ambassador for Russian education and science

Allaham Yaser Seyfiddin, Deputy Director of the Center for International Education and Cooperation at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov, has been approved as a candidate for the title of "Ambassador of Russian Education and Science."

Allaham Yaser Seyfiddin is an advisor to the Secretary-General of the World Peoples' Assembly and an advisor on international cooperation for several educational institutions in Belgorod oblast. His candidacy was formally approved by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The program is implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and aims to develop international academic cooperation, promote Russian education and science abroad, and strengthen ties with graduates of Russian and Soviet universities. In 2026, 22 candidates from 15 Russian universities and one university in the Republic of Kazakhstan were nominated for the title.

The awards ceremony for the selected candidates will take place in October 2026 at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The following day, the "Ambassadors of Russian Education and Science" conference will be held at the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
