BSTU students - participants of the media school "Heart of AIS"

BSTU students took part in the visiting educational media school "Heart of AIS" of the Association of Foreign Students of Russia. The forum was held in Moscow oblast from August 27 to 29 with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

BSTU named after Shukhov was represented by two postgraduate students Lazarre Anderson and Shansi Neika Wedging, a student of the Institute of Master's degree Bazin Loriberson Divenson and a student of the Institute of Power Engineering and Electronics Zaibi Fatma. In total, the forum brought together foreign students from 31 countries.

Media experts addressed the participants. Yulia Bairasheva, head of the VK agency team, spoke about modern trends and formats of media communications. Darya Tarasova, producer of TV sports broadcasts, host of KHL 3x3 and the VSport project, held a master class on public speaking techniques and working in front of the camera.

Alena Murashko, head of InterMedia RUDN, presented the basics of design and held a practical lesson on working in Figma. Dmitry Chapkov, curator of the Moscow regional platform of the Student Media Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, gave a lecture on media management and creating a strong media team. The work resulted in the defense of media projects within the framework of the media strategy of the AIS RF.
