Representative of Belgorod State Technological University named after V. G. Shukhov took part in the module of succession pool development.

The first education module of succession pool program in the sphere of science, technology and higher education “National goals of scientific and technological and new higher education model” started in “Senezh” Management Workshop.

 Ruslan Lesovik, vice-rector for international affairs of Belgorod State Technological University named after V. G. Shukhov, became a participant of the program based on the selection results.

Program “Operative level” aimed at development of managerial personnel who are capable of resolving urgent issues of  scientific and technological development in the country, strengthening technological independence and increasing efficiency of managing research and educational institutions.

Among the speakers of the first educational module were Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Fursenko, Head of the Council of “Sirius” Federal Territory Elena Shmeleva, Head of Federal Treasury Roman Artyuhin, Deputy Ministers of science and higher education of the Russian Federation Denis Sekirinsky and Andrei Omelchuk. Also representatives of leading corporations and business-communities took part in the event.

Issues of science and higher education, interaction between universities and industrial partners and the authorities, as well as formation of management teams are regarded within the framework of the program. The latter should be focused on achieving certain results in the sphere of technological development. 

The program is being implemented by the order of the President of the Russian Federation. Its goal is to form a community of leaders, possessing necessary competence and motivation for effective management of scientific and educational institutions.
