National and world champions
Orel hosted the Cup of Russia in modern dance - the annual international competition of choreographic art "PROMOTION" and the World Cup in dance styles.
In one of the largest dance events in the country, more than 5,000 dancers from 300 cities of Russia showed their performances in 53 dance disciplines. Among them is the dance group of the Belarusian State Technical University named after V.G. Shukhov Dance Laboratory by Irina Yatskovskaya.
The skills of the athletes were assessed according to the following criteria: image, composition, originality of the presentation of the performance, performance technique, stage culture, correspondence of the musical accompaniment to the production and the age of the participants.
The dance laboratory won in its nomination - free dance category and returns to Belgorod with the first place in the World Championship and the Russian Cup, as well as with an additional award - Best Large Group.
