Participation in the International Forum Kazan Digital Week
Ivan Novikov, Director of the Transport Technology Institute, took part in the International Forum Kazan Digital Week-2025, which is traditionally held in September in Kazan. The main mission of the forum is to facilitate the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the problems of import substitution and import conservation.
Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ivan Novikov took part in the "Digital Technologies in Education" course, which was held within the framework of the forum for the first time. At the section "Digital technologies: new competencies and interaction tools", Ivan Alekseevich made a presentation "A model for the formation of meta-competencies for specialists in the road industry", which reflected the main trajectories of the formation of special competencies among graduates of the Transport Technology Institute, which are in demand today in the labor market.
Ivan Novikov is actively implementing new educational technologies at the Transport Technology Institute (TTI). Thus, with the participation of TTI, the "Road Classes" project is being implemented in the Belgorod region, new educational programs have been opened, such as "Transport Logistics", "Railway Rolling stock", etc., as well as training programs for highly qualified personnel "Logistics transport Systems", "Operation of motor transport" and "Intelligent Transport Systems".
Also at the Kazan Digital Week-2025 forum, Ivan Novikov held a working meeting with representatives of KAMAZ PJSC, where issues of practical training and employment of graduates of the institute were discussed. Together with Elena Kuimova, Consultant to the Deputy General Director for Personnel Management, Organizational Development and Corporate Governance of KAMAZ PJSC, we determined the trajectories of interaction and a plan for further cooperation.
On the final day of the forum, Ivan Alekseevich was awarded a diploma for the first place in the nomination "The best report in the field of Digital technologies in education", which once again confirms the innovative practices implemented by the staff of the Transport Technology Institute.
