Vice-Rector of Shukhov Belgorod State Technological University presented the scientific potential to the management of the Russian Engineering Academy.
Ruslan Lesovik, Vice-Rector for International Affairs at BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, held a working meeting with Boris Gusev, President of the Russian Engineering Academy (REA).
The main subject of the talks was the opening of a REA branch in Belgorod Oblast and the development of promising research projects.
During the meeting, Ruslan Lesovik presented the scientific and educational potential of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov. The parties discussed the organizational aspects of establishing a regional branch of the academy, which will serve as a platform for consolidating the local engineering community and implementing cutting-edge technologies in building industry.
Particular attention was paid to scientific research. Ruslan Lesovik, head of the international scientific and educational center "Theory and Practice of Restoring Destroyed Cities," spoke about current projects in the field of creating effective next-generation building composites.
