An employee of Belgorod State Technological University named after Shukhov has become a member of the new Coordination Council under the President of the Russian Federation.

Oksana Bazhenova, Head of the Department for Organization of Innovative Activities and Research of Students and Young Scientists and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction and Urban Management at V.G. Shukhov Belgorod State Technological University, has been included in the updated Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in Science and Education of the Presidential Council for Science and Education.

The updated Council includes active young scientists, representatives of young scientists councils, student scientific societies, and other youth associations. Regional, thematic, sectoral, and organizational representation were considered in the formation of the Council membership.

The Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in Science and Education is an advisory body to the Presidential Council. One of the main responsibilities of the Council is to coordinate the activities of public associations and organizations of young scientists, lecturers, graduate students, and students in developing proposals for the president regarding the development of science and education.
