An international student from BSTU won the "Belgorod Through the Eyes of Foreigners" essay contest.
International students from Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov participated in an essay contest "Belgorod Through the Eyes of Foreigners", held to mark the founding anniversary of the Belgorod Oblast International Friendship Club.
The winner of the contest was Fadeus Kosinski Jean P. B., Chairman of BSTU International Students' Council, who came to study from the Republic of Haiti.
In his essay, Fadeus Kosinski Jean P. B. described his personal perception of Belgorod oblast and shared his impressions of his studies and communication with people from various countries.
"For me, Belgorod is a city of trust. Here, I am not just studying; I am also developing as a leader and feel right at home. I have learned to become mature and realized that friendship among nations is built through simple actions," the winner noted.
He also emphasized that participation in the life of the region helped him make new friends, gain self-confidence, and find the motivation for further personal growth.
