Gratitude from Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS)

Secretary General of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States Dmitry Kobitsky expressed gratitude to the rector of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov Sergei Glagolev for sending five representatives of the university to the group of international observers at the Russian Presidential elections on March 15–17.

These are Alexander Mineev, Madinabona Otamurod Kizi Okkulova, Michael Emad Helmy Abdelmalak Salib, Stephanie Sarah Togba, Fadi Hamoud.

Special thanks for coordinating the work of international observers from the IPA CIS in difficult monitoring conditions were announced to the head of the legal department of BSTU named after Shukhov, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor Oksana Vladimirova.
